This shoot is so special to me and so close to my heart. This year, my parents are celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary. And, to celebrate, they let me photograph them for a FULL anniversary session for the first time EVER. Guys, I was so excited! You have probably seen me share about my parents and my family on social media, but I have the most supportive and wonderful parents any girl could ask for. From day one of my “business”, before you could even really call it that, they were on board and cheering me on every step of the way. They encouraged my to take the unconventional path and pursue my dreams, even when it didn’t make much sense, and I owe so much of who I am to these two right here.

My parents got married when they were only 18 and 19 (such little babies!!) and they still never fail to make each other laugh and serve each other well. They are both such role models in my life, individually and as a couple, and I could probably type an entire trilogy of books about how much I love them. But, instead, let me share some favorites from their anniversary session in Richmond! I love you both – thank you so much for getting in front of my camera! Leave them some love in the comments!
