If you’ve been around here for awhile, you know that I launched an entirely new website and brand back in May of 2016. But, what you DIDN’T know, is this: two months ago, I sent Jen Olmstead an email that basically said “Hey, remember how we launched a new website last year? Yeah, let’s do that again.”

I entirely expected her to respond and think I was absolutely insane. I mean, re-doing a website and creating entirely new content takes HOURS (if not WEEKS) of consistent work and serious dedication. And we had JUST done it, less than a year ago, so why the heck was I emailing her wanting to do it all again? Well, there were a few reasons:

-Even in just one year, my style, personality and passions have evolved and changed drastically. Therefore, my business and my vision for my online presence did, too.

-My business has made some drastic shifts in the last 365 days to focus more and more on education, so I wanted to re-stucture my site to reflect that (and to reflect my passion for educating, too).

-Because I began my journey of being a business owner as a high schooler, I am naturally expected to grow and change as an individual as I learn more and more about myself. I started to feel like my site didn’t reflect ME anymore, and I knew that needed to change.

When Jen responded to my email with a resounding “YES, let’s do this.”, I don’t think I could have been more excited. I dove right into creating all brand new content (over a dozen pages, to be exact) and we jumped right in. We had a full two-day design intensive at Quirk Hotel and gave my online home a whole new facelift. And, today, I’m so excited to present the new-and-improved hopetaylor.com!
