From day one, Alex was immediately my kinda girl! Her bubbly personality, laid back attitude and hilarious sense of humor made us click the moment that we met! When I finally met Mike at their engagement session in Old Town Alexandria, I became even more excited for their big day to arrive.

When I walked into the bridal sweet last weekend at Hotel Monaco,  the room was filled with nothing but JOY. Music was playing, bridesmaids were dancing and everyone welcomed us with open arms. Alex had a huge pile of details waiting for us (YES, please!) and told us to take our time-she even brought her rehearsal dinner dress just to shoot details on!! Swoon!! Right then, I knew her wedding day was going to be one of my faves!!!

Her beautiful catholic ceremony was held in the jaw-dropping Saint Mary Catholic Church with her reception at the Columbia Firehouse. The rest of the day was just as wonderful-every moment was shared with the ones that they loved most. From beautiful details, a dreamy bridal suite, first looks with her dad and her bridesmaids + portraits all over Old Town, I just can’t get enough of this one!!!

Congratulations, Alex + Mike!! I was so honored to be a part of your big day + wish you so much joy + happiness!
