I was absent from the blog on Tuesday and I’m so sorry for that!! BUT, it’s because I was speaking at Justin & Mary’s The Event up in Silver Springs, Maryland!! It was an INCREDIBLE experience and I can’t wait to share more about it (plus a surprise!!!) on the blog soon!!! 🙂

As I am typing this blog post, I am about to head out and run some final errands before I leave the COUNTRY for The Great Photo Escape!! This is my first time EVER leaving the country and taking time to travel the world has been one of my goals for the last few years. I am so excited to start 2016 off RIGHT with a trip that is going to challenge me both individually and as a photographer. I will be exploring with a FABULOUS group of ladies (and gentlemen!!) for the next two and a half weeks and I can’t BELIEVE it’s almost time to leave!!! Here are my travel dates + locations:

January 10th-11th: Los Angeles, California

January 13th-17th: Auckland, New Zealand

January 17th-21st: Queenstown, New Zealand

January 21st-26th: Sydney, Australia

Because of this trip, I will be taking time OFF of the blog for the next two weeks. NOT because I don’t want to be blogging my adventures (because I DO!) but I want to ensure that I am taking intentional time off to enjoy this season of life + really soak up the time that I have while traveling. I will be trying my best to blog photos while in NZ, but it may be a little sporadic during the trip 🙂
