Oh man, I am so blessed with so many incredible seniors!!! Last week I had the chance to work with Cathy and her shoot IMMEDIATELY became a new all-time favorite. She arrived at the studio with so many beautiful pieces including a variety of floral crowns-seriously, she had a collection!!! She explored the studio and chose some amazing pieces from Bash Boutique  to pair with her tulle skirts and floral head pieces + jewelry from Monkee’s of Fredericksburg-I was ecstatic!

Cathy had mentioned to me that she wanted LOTS of flowers during her senior session. But, we had a big rainstorm the days leading up to her shoot, and my heart sank as I drove past every floral location and they had all been washed away or turned into green trees for the summer. When Cathy arrived, I broke the news to her that I wasn’t able to find any floral locations. She was such a good sport and we headed out to start shooting. BUT, as we drove to our first location, I spotted a small section of a tree that was still bloomed with WISTERIA!!! WHAT! So, we stopped on the side of the road and shot there! Then, as we were leaving our second location, there was a spot on the side of a picket fence bloomed with big pink flowers!!!! AMAZING! We got SO lucky and I am so in love with every image!!!
