As 2016 comes to a close, there are so many things to be celebrating. Holidays, family, loved ones, good food, gifts, parties and all of your favorite moments of 2016. One of my favorite parts of the end of each year is taking the time to curate my absolute FAVORITE images from the entire year. Going through each and every gallery is meticulous and time consuming…but SO worth it. It gives me a portfolio of my absolute FAVORITE images and memories from the year and gives me so much to look back on and be thankful for!

In 2016 I photographed over 60 senior sessions (whew!). I said goodbye to my 2016 spokesmodels, and welcomed a brand new team of 2017 girls. I photographed all over Virginia and had girls travel in from Maryland, PA, NC and further. We shot in 100 degrees and we photographed in the snow until our fingers were purple. I made so many amazing memories with all of these beautiful ladies and will forever be so grateful!

I also want to say a HUGE thank you to Peacaloo Boutique, Monkee’s of Fredericksburg + Bash Boutique for their beautiful clothing contributions to the studio this year. And a big thank you to Hello Darling Beauty, GoGo Gorgeous Makeup + Allison Barlow for working with so many of my girls for hair and makeup in 2016!
