When Victoria and Ryan emailed me, they were overwhelmed because they couldn’t find a photographer available for their wedding day. It was a super popular weekend this year, and she had reached out to friends of mine that weren’t available that referred her my way. She was SURE that I was going to be booked…but I wasn’t!!! And, because her wedding was local, I was able to take it on as a double header weekend…and I’m SO glad that I did!! Victoria and Ryan are such a FUN couple. I always feel like I can have the best time and laugh with them nonstop!

During the planning process of their wedding, something absolutely amazing happened. Victoria was told by doctors that the chances of her getting pregnant were very slim…and that it was going to take a very long time. She was devastated, because she knew that her and Ryan wanted to be parents. They decided to start trying early with the expectation that it would take years. She found out right before her engagement session…THEY WERE PREGNANT!!! With a miracle baby!!! Their engagement session doubled as a gender reveal…and their wedding day was a celebration of MORE than just their marriage. They will be PARENTS in just two short months!! It was absolutely amazing to witness their family and friends celebrate them coming together in marriage…and celebrating the sweet little miracle that got to be a part of it all!
