I have been looking forward to this day for over a year now!!! I first met Austin and Tony in person at their engagement session, and I immediately adored them. The way they love each other, Austin’s attention to detail and her joyful personality made me feel like I was just hanging out with one of my friends!! I knew their wedding day was going to be a dream from the very beginning…but I don’t think I could have expected the FAIRYTALE that came to life on July 17th!! From the moment I started photographing details, I could tell that Austin and Tony had thought of EVERYTHING. I knew it was going to be an amazing day!! But, what I didn’t know is that it was going to be one of the most fast-paced days I’ve ever shot…it went by in the blink of an eye!! Storms kept trying to roll through, things got re-arranged and we had to stay on our toes to get back on the timeline a few times…but we made it happen!! And I have SO many new favorite images as a result!!

One of my favorite pieces of Austin and Tony’s story is how quickly they both knew they were the one for each other. They met because Austin’s sister told Tony about her, and they connected on Facebook and chatted for awhile. But, then Austin did something crazy…she flew to Okinawa, Japan to meet him in person for the first time!!! From that trip on, they started planning their lives together…and their wedding day was the start of their forever!

As we were finishing up the first look with Austin’s dad…the sky opened up and it started to POUR rain. We had to hide her in the car while we found a back-up location…and the inside of Albermarle Estate could not have been more of a dream!!
