If you follow me on Instagram…then you know why this shoot was so special to me! This is my little sister, Abby, who had brain surgery back in May. She is one of the strongest and bravest women I know…and I’m so dang proud to be her big sister. After her incision healed enough, she was able to get her hair done for her first time since surgery…and that was reason enough for a photo shoot!!! This shoot was spur of the moment and only about 30 minutes of shooting, but it was so much fun. Her dress is from Amazon (SO many of you have already asked!) and these photos give me so many Disney princess vibes!!!

This shoot was also my first time shooting with my new Canon R6! It was SO fun to play with it and see what it’s capable of…it is an AMAZING piece of equipment! I plan to start using it a WHOLE lot more over the next few months! Enjoy scrolling through my favorites of my beautiful sister! XO!
