I can’t believe that I am sharing a FAMILY session on the blog right now!!! I had the honor of photographing my sweet friend, Anna and her family on Isle of Hope last week. It was such a joy! If you follow along on Instagram, you may have seen me talking a bit about photographing families over the last few weeks. Something I honestly NEVER thought I would be doing! Over the last 12 years, I’ve built my entire business on my love for photographing senior portraits. But, as they say, becoming a mom changes everything…and I’ve slowly found myself wanting to incorporate a family session here and there. Family sessions are not available to book right now…but who knows what 2025 will bring 🙂

Anna and Justin had their sweet daughter, Eloise, only 5 days after Clara was born (!!!) Hayden and Justin work together, so Anna and I met when their office hosted us the most precious joint baby shower last year. We immediately hit it off when we discovered that, without knowing each other, we pretty much designed the EXACT same nursery for our baby girls. Down to the art work, paint color, crib, changing table and trim colors. It was actually kind of bizarre! Haha! Now, we talk nonstop about how crazy life is as a new mom…and we discovered that our entire HOUSES are actually designed identically 😂 A friendship that was meant to be!!!

Getting them in front of my camera was SO much fun, and I loved exploring their home on Isle of Hope with them – it is such a stunning place to shoot! Enjoy scrolling through some of my favorites!
