If you love color, florals and beautiful light – you’re going to LOVE this senior session just as much as I do!!! Alexandra and her sweet family were in town visiting Charleston from their home in Kentucky. Alexandra wanted to fit her senior session in during their trip to capture one of her favorite places – and we had the BEST time! If you’ve been reading the last few blog posts, you know we’ve had NONSTOP storms and rain here in the low-country…and sadly, Alexandra didn’t escape it, either! We had to reschedule her session due to bad weather, so we had a bright and early sunrise shoot downtown Charleston. But, the major plus side? GORGEOUS light, the iconic streets all to ourselves and not a single drop of rain!

Alexandra wanted to capture a ton of variety at her session: the famous Rainbow Row buildings, the beautiful blooms in Hampton Park and the views from Folly Beach where she grew up visiting. So, that’s exactly what we did! I LOVE the variety we were able to get in her final gallery, and adore the way she coordinated the colors of her outfits so beautifully with the Charleston scenery!

We had the PRETTIEST glow for this set of pics which was the perfect balance with her pink romper!

The bird was NOT added in with AI!!! It was real!! A white dress on the beach is always such a timeless classic.
