I get asked pretty frequently if I am planning to continue my business in college and the answer is a resounding YES!!! I could not picture my life without photography in it! The next question I get is “how do you plan on making that work?” and so here is my plan…

1. I plan on targeting couples to shoot engagement sessions and weddings in the area! This is what I want to start specializing in (and seniors!) so I’m looking forward to a larger market of newly engaged couples! 🙂

2. I’m hoping to return to Fredericksburg at least once every two weeks to shoot senior sessions and engagements on the weekends. For those of you wanting to book senior sessions in the fall, once I commit to RU I will get my schedule squared away and set aside weekends to shoot! I will be posting them on my Facebook page and my Instagram (@hopetaylorphotography) so make sure you that you follow those for updates! 🙂

3. I want to continue teaching myself more and more and build my wedding portfolio throughout the four years that I am attending Radford. Once I graduate, I want to possibly open a studio space (or have one in my home!) and continue my business from there!

All in all, I feel like college is going to be a great time for me to expand my business and I am so excited for what the future holds! On another note…how gorgeous has the weather been!? I’ve been soaking up the sun and cannot WAIT for spring to come so that the weather is always this beautiful! Not to mention the amazing senior and engagement sessions that I have booked…SO excited!
