OH. MY. GOODNESS. I can’t even begin to describe how amazing the last two days have been. Not only did I get to meet the one and only Jasmine Star, but I got to meet 20+ other phenomenal photographers and grow alongside them! From Sunday night’s mixer (complete with truffle fries and caramel popcorn) to Monday’s workshop and dinner at Matchbox, this weekend COULD NOT have been better! I am so unbelievably thankful to Jasmine and JD for hosting such an amazing day, and to Stephanie for planning out all of the phenomenal details! I walked into a group of people that I had never met (including one of my biggest role models EVER) and was immediately welcomed with open arms. I was the baby of the group (that’s usually how things work out 😉 ) but everyone was so unbelievably supportive and all of my nerves disappeared.

I will blog again this week all about my experience and what I learned from Jasmine, but for today, I want to share some of the images from our wedding shoot!! I can’t even tell you guys how perfect this shoot was. From a STUNNING couple, a gorgeous dress, an amazing location, beautiful hair/makeup and phenomenal flowers; everything was the epitome of perfection. This portion of the workshop was to teach us about how Jasmine interacts with her clients and moves them into their poses. It was so inspiring to watch Jasmine work and I cannot wait to put everything I learned into action!
