I absolutely LOVE one-on-one mentoring sessions, and yesterday with Paige was no exception! She traveled all the way from GEORGIA (say what!?) to chat all about rebranding, social media, editing style and workflow. We spent two hours chatting over popcorn + yogurt-covered raisins before heading out for an adorable couples session where we covered posing, lighting, making clients comfortable in front of the camera + white balance!

Paige is currently going through moving and re-locating her business, and she wanted to re-vamp her editing style + posing techniques in the process! It was SO much fun to teach her all about improving her workflow + editing as well as ways to gain confidence with posing! One-on-one mentoring sessions are just SO much fun because they are custom-tailored for each individual, and no two sessions are the same! I cannot WAIT to see where Paige’s business goes from here, she is going to work it in the wedding photography world!

For the shooting portion of her one-on-one, we had the honor of having Josh + Erika model for us and it was SOO much fun!! Josh is a local videographer and Erika is a local photographer, so it was such a blast to work with them! They are the CUTEST couple and we lucked out with a BEAUTIFUL day!! I can’t even tell you guys how much I love these two!!
