Ooooh friends, The Rising Tide Society is big. It’s so much bigger than just meet-ups and new friends and fun. It’s all of those things, but it’s also so much more. It’s providing a community for creative entrepreneurs to come together and build one another up. It’s giving hope to women who want to pursue their dreams. It’s encouraging creatives who are in the beginning of their business that they can DO this. It’s answering each other’s questions and sharing stories and bouncing ideas. It’s saying “hey, I’ve been exactly where you are right now, and you can get through it. Let me help you.” It’s a whole new outlook on the creative industry and it’s something that a lot of us have been craving for a long time. For this month’s meet up, we only had about 20 people RSVP for the event. Because of this, I decided to host it at the studio since it would perfectly fit that many people and we could all sit down together to discuss this month’s topic! But, as the date of the meet-up got closer, we ended up having almost 50 attendees!!! WHAT!? How AMAZING is that!? I was so unbelievably excited, but also so scared that we weren’t all going to be able to squeeze into my little studio space!! But, when yesterday rolled around, everyone was so cozy and munching on yummy desserts that no one minded the tight squeeze!

The topic of this month’s meet up was all about client experience. So, for about 45 minutes of the meeting, we discussed the importance of serving your clients and providing a unique experience. We shared what we gift our clients, how we go above and beyond to love on them and how we have used this idea to grow our businesses to new heights. I absolutely loved hearing everyone bounce ideas off of each other and grow as a community and as individual business owners…ya’ll, that is something so powerful. When you bring together a room of 50 creatives that are passionate about encouraging each other and inspiring one another’s businesses…there’s nothing that we can’t do.
