When I saw on Facebook that Katie’s sweet fiancé Josh had proposed I was SO EXCITED for her!!! She told me all about him at her mentoring session earlier this year and I just knew she was over-the-moon to finally be marrying the love of her life! But, when she emailed me only one day later asking me to be her wedding photographer, I was jumping up and down!! I just LOVE these two + everything about their love story!

Josh + Katie were headed to a movie on their 5 year anniversary on June 2nd, and Katie had NO idea that her sweet man was planning a proposal!! He took her to their seats and then headed back out into the lobby of the theatre to get her popcorn and snacks. When he got back and handed her the popcorn, she reached her hand in to find a ring box hidden beneath the kernels! She looked up and found him on one knee in front of her and she said he was shaking like a leaf before she could say “YES!!!!”

I cannot WAIT to be a part of Katie + Josh’s wedding day next fall!! We had way too much fun at their engagement session last week + I’m so excited to share them with you guys today!!
