I am SO excited for this blog post!!! When I made the decision to host a winter workshop in December, I knew the shoot would be holiday-inspired and that I would LOVE it. But, as usual, Kat of Dear Sweetheart Events blew my expectations out of the water!!! We used icey blues, sparkly silver + fluffy white florals as our inspiration for the shoot and I am head-over-heels in love with it all! We used the wonderfully charming Kenmore Inn as our venue for the shoot right in the heart of downtown Fredericksburg. I had four of my past #htpseniors join us as the models for the day and they ROCKED it out!!

During the shooting portion of the Senior Photography Workshop, the attendees are broken down into groups of 3-4 and we separate the shoot into stations. During this time, the attendees have 10 minutes at each station to allow more one-on-one time with the models and more opportunities to get stellar portfolio shots. I’m able to walk around during the shoot to provide personal coaching to all of the photographers as they apply what they’ve learned about shooting and I absolutely love it!! It’s definitely one of my favorite parts of every workshop without a doubt!
