Exactly one year ago yesterday, I hosted my very first Senior Photography Workshop. I saw so many senior photographers in our industry wanting so badly to shoot seniors, but wanting to do it in a way that LOVES and SERVES their clients. I saw tons of in-person sales workshops, but no senior workshops that revolved around service, love and the shoot & share business model. So, my little baby of a senior workshop was born. I hoped to have enough attendees to make it happen…and then I sold out. Then I stretched my dream a little further and launched another. Then, yesterday I hosted my FOURTH sold out workshop and my heart has never been this full.

This workshop was so close to my heart for quite a few reasons. It was being hosted on the one year anniversary of the workshop (which I didn’t even notice until AFTER launching the date!!!), the attendees were coming from 10 different states all across the country (what!?) + they were the most excited, genuine, outgoing group that I have ever had. These ladies have blessed my life more than I will ever be able to explain in a blog post-I am so thankful for each and every one of them.

I couldn’t do these workshops without the help of my incredible family (like my sweet parents who help prepare the meals, run errands for me when I’m prepping my presentation + help keep me sane when things get crazy) or without Drew. He stood by my side the entire day making sure I was staying hydrated + eating, he ran errands to better serve the attendees without me even having to ask + helped me prepare for the last two weeks. I am so blessed to be surrounded by an incredible support system with such servant’s hearts-I could not be more thankful.
