So, you’ve decided that you want to specialize in senior portraits. You have your pricing all set to go, your contract is ready to be signed and your first senior books with you. YAY! Cue the confetti!!! But, what’s the next step? I have found that, for my seniors, the first step in the process after booking with me sets the stage for the rest of their senior experience. They’ve read through all of the legal documents, they’ve paid you a lot of money and they are so EXCITED to start the process! But what does the beginning of the process look like?
Immediately after booking with me, my seniors receive a senior questionnaire and informational email into their inbox. The email is full of information about how to prepare for their session (what to wear, hair and makeup artist recommendations, Pinterest outfit inspiration, etc.) and a questionnaire that helps me get to know them and their personal style preferences. After booking, they IMMEDIATELY have something fun to be working on, information to help them start planning and they feel even MORE excited to work together!!! I have strategically created a questionnaire that helps me not only get their information I need for my business, but it also helps me get to know them on a personal level and gives me vital information I need to create a one-of-a-kind senior experience for them.
