I’m so excited to share this shoot!!! Sweet Abby was the winner of my senior session giveaway with Mulberry and King a few months ago. I gave away a free senior session to a class of 2020 senior that was missing out on a normal graduation experience because of COVID-19. Abby is a college grad and is a photographer and creative herself, so I knew we were going to have the best time! Typically, I only shoot portrait sessions on weekdays, but our travel schedules only lined up on a Saturday AM. It was my first sunrise shoot since moving to Charleston, and it was SO neat to see how the lighting in the morning was drastically different than evening sessions! It allowed me to use some locations that are normally in harsh sun, and we had the most wonderful time walking around downtown Charleston together!

Abby has the most ADORABLE style – she had bags of accessories organized for each outfit and I LOVED it!!! It gave her so much variety in her gallery and we had so much fun switching out a bag for a headband and a using things like flowers and lemons to help the images match Abby’s joyful, bright brand aesthetic! I have SO many favorites…I truly can’t decide which set is the best! Enjoy scrolling through all of the fun!

One of my favorite things about Rainbow row is the amount of variety you can get in such a short time! There are truly unlimited cute spots!!

We literally looked like crazy people getting these close-ups with the flowers. We pulled the branches down to frame Abby and people walking by probably thought we were insane…but Abby totally trusted me and it resulted in amazing shots like this one!!!
