Goodness gracious I have been so excited about this shoot for SO long!!! Julianna reached out to me all the way back in February the SAME DAY that she got engaged. I photographed her older sister Kat’s wedding last July, and I had SO much fun working with their entire family. When I saw Jules’ email come through I almost exploded with joy! And I was even more excited when I saw they were getting married here in CHARLESTON!! AH!! We met a few months ago at the very early stages of wedding planning (even before they had chosen a venue!) and ever since then, I’ve been counting down the days until I was able to get them in front of my camera. Our first shoot date got postponed thanks to some nasty rain…but we got the PERFECT weather the second time around!

Jules and Zach wanted to capture all of Charleston’s charm for their engagement photos. So, we photographed at my favorite dynamic duo of locations: Rainbow Row and Hampton Park! I photograph these two spots ALL the time…but I truly don’t think I’ll ever get tired of it. And, with models like these two and weather like we had…it truly can’t get much better!
