Whew…what a way to kick off my 2022 wedding season!!! Suzi and Sasa got married in Palm Beach, Florida last weekend with the most stunning and thoughtful wedding celebration. Every detail was absolutely beautiful (and the most perfect shade of HTP blue!)…but it was also full of sentimental details and sweet moments that were such a joy to photograph. I still remember my first phone call with Suzi last year…we talked for SO long because we were shocked with how much we had in common! She told me all about her vision for her wedding day, described the stunning gardens at Royal Poinciana Chapel and the tented reception at her parent’s home to follow. I had a picture of it all in my head…but I was BLOWN AWAY by how much better it all was in person!

Yesterday, I blogged Suzi and Sasa’s engagement session that we photographed the day before their wedding. It was SO fun to get to meet them and “warm-up” for the big day with some super fun portraits in some iconic Palm Beach locations! It also helped me to truly SEE everything Suzi had told me about her and Sasa. They are so clearly best friends who have loved and supported each other for so many years and through so many hard seasons. Watching their families come together to celebrate them and honor their love was truly such a gift to witness…and I have so many new favorites from this wedding! It was also the first wedding I shot with my R6…and I may never go back!
