TWO back-to-back senior sessions on the blog AND my first senior session in Savannah…it’s a GOOD WEEK! Emily and her amazing family drove up from Charleston for her senior portraits last week. I was already so excited to photograph my first senior in downtown Savannah…and then I realized the AZALEAS were in bloom!!! I was pretty much bouncing off the walls with excitement when we pulled up to Forsyth Park! When Emily arrived to show me her cute outfits AND the confetti she brought along as a prop, I couldn’t wait to get started! We were a little nervous about some storms in the forecast…but somehow we managed to get the most gorgeous, glowy sunset ever!

We explored Forsyth  and the surrounding areas, and we stopped to shoot in every fluffy, pink bush I could find! Emily is such a sweetheart with the sweetest, joyful smile – and she was a dream to photograph! Her amazing mom, Janet, is the owner of The Gown Boutique of Charleston (one of my favorites in the low-country!) and they were SO fun to spend the afternoon with!
