I almost NEVER do weekend senior sessions…so this was a treat for me!!! When Kate’s mom inquired about doing her senior portraits while they were in Charleston for vacation, I realized I was going to be in town the same dates…and I had just enough time to squeeze in her shoot! We had the most PERFECT summer day. If you’ve ever been to Charleston, you know that summer heat and humidity can be unbearable. But, we had the best breeze and most gorgeous glowing light…we couldn’t have asked for anything better!

When Kate arrived with her gorgeous coral-colored shirt and freckled skin from being at the beach, I was so excited!! I knew both were going to look SO beautiful against the colors of Rainbow Row. We explored the Battery (which was in FULL bloom!) before driving over to Hampton Park and finishing on Isle of Palms beach at sunset. I love the amount of variety we were able to capture in such a short time!
