Summer senior season is coming to a close…and fall sessions are kicking off here soon! But, Mary Caroline’s beautiful Charleston session just screams summertime. Her colorful outfits, the golden light and the beach-y Chareslton charm were the perfect way to end the season! Oh, and the humidity and mosquitos…but those are free to go. Haha!! Mary Caroline and her sweet mom traveled in from North Carolina for her senior session which was SUCH an honor. They made a fun girl’s weekend out of the trip, and we had the BEST time ending their vacation with MC’s portraits!

While MC wanted to capture the gorgeous Charleston charm, she wanted to steer clear of the more “touristy” feeling locations. Instead of the popular spots on Rainbow Row, we explored the hidden side streets, cobblestone alleys and back roads. It was absolutely stunning, and such a fun way for me to get to use my creativity in new locations! We ended her session on a beautiful dock that I had actually NEVER photographed before…and I LOVED it!

Mary Caroline: you are an absolute sweetheart! It was such a joy to spend the evening with you, and I hope you love your portraits as much as I do! Wishing you the most FABULOUS senior year!
