Hayley and Zach’s engagement session on Broad Street in downtown Charleston was so much fun from start to finish! If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen me share that I am slowly phasing out of photographing weddings in 2024. It is so bittersweet! But, I have taken on a handful of amazing 2024 couples that are getting married locally…and most of them happen to be past clients of mine, like Hayley! I photographed Hayley’s senior portraits YEARS ago, and also photographed her beautiful sister’s senior portraits more recently. When she reached out that she was getting MARRIED in Charleston and wanted me to be a part of her big day…I was SO honored and so stinkin’ excited for her!

I got to meet Zach for the first time at their engagement session last week and these two are so sweet together. It is clear that they are the best of friends, and we just had so much FUN capturing this session for them! We explored some iconic areas of downtown Charleston like Broad Street and St. Michael’s church, and we captured tons of portraits in the middle of traffic on the crosswalks HAHA! Worth it!!
