I know what you’re thinking. “Hope…I thought you don’t shoot weddings anymore?!” You’re right! I don’t! Exceeepppptt when it’s a family friend and past client that I absolutely adore. Then I have no choice but to make an exception!  Lillie Blakelyn is the big sister of the adorable miss Allie Keith who’s senior portraits I photographed last year. I’ve known their family through friends of ours for YEARS! When I got the late-night text that Lillie Blakelyn was ENGAGED (!!!) …. I think I audibly screamed and woke up Hayden. Ha!! When they asked if I would photograph their wedding, I was HONORED! “YES!!!” was the only appropriate answer!

We photographed Lillie Blakelyn and Cameron’s engagement session at one of my all-time FAVORITE locations: Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, South Carolina. The grounds at PB are absolutely stunning at every turn. I could spend WEEKS here and never run out of places to shoot…I’m not exaggerating! And, to add just a little ~casual~ grand finale to this shoot – they decided to rent the EPIC Hinkely wooden boat. AH!! Talk about an absolute dream! This couple is the absolute sweetest (and they have the BEST style) – I couldn’t have had any more fun at this shoot if I tried!
