My mom is my absolute BEST friend and I would not be where I am today if she hadn’t been by my side through it all. She is my rock, my biggest cheerleader, my accountant, my stylist, my co-editor and my truest friend. I don’t know very many people who have the type of relationship with their mom that I have with mine, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world! In all aspects of life, whether it be my business, my relationships, my schoolwork or my outfit choices, she is the first person that I go to every time. She gives the absolute best advice and never judges, she has the kindest and most giving heart of anyone that I’ve ever met and she is an AMAZING mother to all three of her kids (even though I’m her favorite 😉 ).
Without my mom, I seriously would not be able to run my business. She sits by my side while I edit to point out the little details that I miss when I have tired eyes, she keeps track of invoices and money when I’m too busy to take a second look, she makes post office runs when I’m still in PJs at 2pm, she brings lunch into the office during long days of working, she helps pick sneak peaks after sessions, she helps me brainstorm ideas for styled shoots and rebranding, she thinks of cute packaging ideas and ties the best bows (I’m awful at this!) and she yells at me when I’m too lazy to move my equipment from downstairs to it’s safe little corner in my room (this is a frequent occurrence). She also has a mental calendar (seriously…it’s insane) and she remembers EVERYTHING so I never miss a beat. She’s the first one to cheer me up when I’m down, to push me out of my comfort zone and give me the confidence to try new things.
I could never say thank you enough to my mom for being the amazing, hard working and caring person that she is. But I can say that I am SO blessed to have her in my life and although we sometimes butt heads, I love her to death and she will ALWAYS be my best friend. We have a bond that not very many people share…and I wouldn’t want to share it with anyone else!
Thank you Momma Tay, for being the best mom on planet earth , HTP’s assistant and number one fan! I love you!

WOW Hope!! I know your mom is an extremely special Mom, for you and your bro and sis. I can’t believe how much you look like sisters!! I didn’t know how involved she is in your business or what a difference she makes. And, i didn’t know you could express yourself so beautifully in writing. Wow. Beautifully written Hope! Way to go Amy. You have an amazing family. You and Chris deserve to be very proud.
