I’m laying in bed this morning with sore feet and no voice, but my heart is SO full. Yesterday’s Senior Photography Workshop was absolutely wonderful in every way and I could not be more thankful for the 13 amazing attendees who traveled in from all over the country to spend a day trusting in me and investing in growing their businesses. Teaching has been a huge part of my heart from the very beginning and these workshops are my baby and a big ol’ labor of love!! I can’t express my gratitude for each and every workshop attendee that invests in this dream of mine!!

We kick-strarted this workshop with a Popcorn Bar + Meet and Greet at the studio on Sunday evening! We spent 2 hours together getting to know one-another, talking about the workshop and filling up on delicious popcorn from The Popcorn Bag + other tasty treats!! After we finished up, I spent the rest of the evening setting up all of the fun details + surprises for Monday’s workshop!!

I tell everyone around me that these workshops go by FAST. We spend MONTHS preparing details and I feel like the workshop itself is over in the blink of an eye! We spent 9 hours together on Monday for the workshop and another 2 hours for a yummy Italian Q+A dinner + it feels like it all passed in an hour!! But we had SO much fun and I can’t wait to share more of the styled shoot with Dear Sweetheart Events on the blog later this week!!

The December workshop will be hosted at my studio in Downtown Fredericksburg, VA with a Meet + Greet the night before as well as an optional Q+A dinner following the workshop! It will be a 9-hour day full of EVERYTHING you need to know about senior photography including a fully styled senior shoot by Dear Sweetheart Events!
