WHEW. Ya’ll, it has been an INCREDIBLE week. We just completed the December Senior Photography Workshop and I could NOT be more excited about it! I am in bed this morning with a raspy voice and tired feet but I could not have a fuller heart (I think every workshop blog post starts this way!!!) but it’s true!! After weeks of preparation, 2 full days of workshop festivities + hours of teaching I am the on top of the world!! These workshops are one of my FAVORITE parts of my business and I am so blessed to have the privilege of pouring into all of the incredible workshop attendees who travel in from all over the country.

This workshop may have been my favorite one yet. And that’s for a few reasons!! The first reason is that it was CHRISTMAS time!!! All of the adorable details for the meet & greet + styled shoot were inspired by the holiday season and that makes me the happiest girl in the world. We kickstarted the workshop with an adorable meet & greet (like always!) but this time it was a styled hot chocolate bar…YES PLEASE! Just WAIT until you see how stinking cute it is!!

Yesterday we spent 8 full hours diving into everything about my senior photography business. We covered marketing, business, contracts, social media, styling, branding, serving your clients, booking + client management before heading out for the incredible styled shoot by Dear Sweetheart Events (just you WAIT to see this one!!!!) Then, we headed back to the studio to cover senior rep programs + my entire post-processing workflow. After we wrapped up the educational part of the day, we concluded the workshop with a Benny’s pizza party (with pizza slices that are the size of your head!!)

This sweet group of attendees traveled in from TEN different states (WHAT!?) and I already miss each and every one of them so much!! I also wanted to say a HUGE thank you to my momma for helping me with the food + preparation for the workshop and to Drew for helping my grocery shop, re-arrange the studio, photograph details + set-up for the big day!!
