Where do I even begin with these two!? Shelby emailed me quite a few months ago asking about the possibility of booking an anniversary session. Typically, I don’t offer anniversaries (only weddings and engagements to my brides!), but I remembered her name from attending my webinars and commenting along on my social media posts. She is a wedding planner herself, and when I saw that I had a few openings during June, I decided to make an exception! From that moment on, we have been planning the DREAMIEST anniversary session and these two blew my expectations out of the water!

Shelby worked with Courtney at Courtney Ingram Events  to create a beautiful bouquet and we spent months going back and forth selecting the perfect outfits and coordinating details that were special to this couple. On the day of the session, the weather was beautiful (with a little humidity!) and we had the BEST time! These two radiate joy and were so fun to photograph. As we finished up the shoot (with an AMAZING golden hour) the sky suddenly started to turn grey…and before we could even start the walk back to the car, we were stuck in a DOWNPOUR! By the time we finally crawled into our cars, it looked like we had gone swimming!! Haha! I’d say we nailed it on the timing with that one 🙂
