This blog post just makes me so excited!!! Johnna is such a sweet friend of mine and I work with her and her amazing company, Twila & Co, ALL the time for my workshops and events. She is such a rockstar business owner and an even sweeter friend. When Joe proposed to her last year, I was SO excited for both of them. The way that they love and support each other’s dreams it so admirable. When she emailed me and asked me to be her wedding photographer…I could’ve cried!!! It is such an honor and privilege to photograph my friend’s weddings…especially ones that I admire in the creative industry!!

We weren’t sure if we were going to be able to make this engagement shoot happen because Joe is currently traveling the WORLD competing as a professional snowboarder. Super casual. You can learn more about him and his incredible story HERE! But, at the last minute, we found out he would be in town long enough to make this shoot happen. Johnna and I had talked about wishing we could have snow…and we woke up to SNOW on the day of the shoot!!! It was all meant to be!
