Kara and Kevin…just so stinking sweet and fun!!! Kara and I have known OF each other for years now…because we have mutual, lifelong family friends. I saw her get engaged on social media…and was SO excited and honored when she emailed me!!! She’s getting married next year in downtown Fredericksburg just a few blocks from my house. And I can’t stinking wait!!!

This engagement session is kicking off such a busy and full fall season!!! Even though is was a little toasty outside on the day of their shoot…the leaves were starting to change and fall (even if just a little!!!) They made for the PERFECT backdrop for their gorgeous fall outfits! We had actually planned to shoot at a completely different location in Fredericksburg…but we pulled up and it was CLOSED!!! So, fellow photographers, if you’ve ever had something like this happen during a shoot…you aren’t alone! But, we rolled with the punches and headed to another gorgeous spot just a few minutes away…and it paid off!

Kara and Kevin, I just adore you! I had SO much fun with you at your shoot last week and can’t WAIT for your big day next year!!! XOXOXO!
