Marketing for Photographers: When to Work for Free Happy Hour with Hope

Marketing for Photographers - When to Work for Free | Happy Hour with Hope Episode #14

This is officially the last episode of April…CRAZY!!! I can’t believe it went by so fast! If this is your first episode of the month, we are highlighting MARKETING in the month of April. I’m breaking down all of the strategies I used in my own business to see growth from nothing to six figures in my first full-time year! Today’s video may be my FAVORITE strategy of the month.

In the early seasons of our business, it’s easy to take a ton of work for free in attempt to grow our business…but then we may end up becoming known as the “cheap” photographer in our area. Or, we don’t take ANY free work because we’re scared of that outcome…but then we have no content to share so our business isn’t growing. There’s a way to strategically work for free that will GROW your business…and it’s EXACTLY what I did to see growth so quickly!!! I’m breaking it all down in today’s video!
