This week’s video is a little bit different…and I hope it’s so helpful to someone. If you’ve been following me for a bit, then you’ve likely seen me share about my journey with mental health at some point. I have struggled with anxiety for my entire life, and I know SO MANY entrepreneurs who struggle in silence because they don’t want to speak up about their mental health. It can sometimes feel “taboo” or like you’re admitting weakness…but it is SO, so normal. And the conversation surrounding this topic is SO needed.
In today’s video I’m breaking down 5 ways I cope with anxiety as a business owner (and as a human in general) in hopes that one (or more!) of these routines will help you if you are also struggling. They are also just amazing ways to take care of YOU during busy seasons and be sure you are listening to your body. I hope it’s helpful!!
