Today’s video is a special one that I’ve been really excited to share with you. I connected with Sacia Matthews shortly after moving to Charleston last year and instantly loved her. Aside from being wildly talented within the industry, she is hilarious, joyful and an absolute blast to be around. We’ve gotten the chance to spend more time together the longer I’ve lived here and, each time I do, I just love her even more!

I reached out to her a few months ago about the of us collaborating on a Youtube video to talk about a really hard but really necessary topic in the wedding industry: diversity and inclusion. I wanted her to have a chance to share her heart, knowledge and experiences related to this topic – and I also wanted to LEARN. This is an area of my business where I have failed time and time again, and I wanted to sit down with Sacia to analyze ways I can better my business, and hopefully provide some practical ways you can incorporate more diversity and inclusion in your business, too.
