Ashley and Wythe are such a sweet couple. And they are so understanding!! On the day of their engagement session, Drew and I packed the car and were all ready to head to Williamsburg. We were about to start the drive, but Drew hoped out to check something in the trunk and we discovered my ENTIRE brake light system had shorted out!!! So, we quickly packed Drew’s car but checked the GPS to see traffic was adding 30 minutes to our drive…whew. Thankfully, we arrived only 10 minutes late and these two were SO gracious to us!! It ended up being a blessing in disguise because we got the most BEAUTIFUL light!!

We explored Colonial Williamsburg before finishing up the engagement session on the William & Mary college campus. These locations were a perfect fit for them! Drew also found the most amazing magnolia tree in the middle of an open field at golden hour…which is pretty much what dreams are made of!
