These blog posts are always so close to my heart…I never know how to begin! If you aren’t familiar with my mastermind program, we’ll start there: it’s my highest-level coaching program that I only offer twice a year. I spend 6 months working alongside these business owners to help scale their businesses into passive income streams through launching online courses and resources. They have unlimited access to me – so we become SO close throughout this process. I am so passionate about pouring into them and acting as their business’s secret weapon – they can keep me in their back pocket and consult me whenever they need me. It’s one of the projects I hold closest to my heart in my business, and I am so proud of the 10 amazing people in this group and the things they’ve done since January!

At the end of the 6 months, we have an in-person retreat as the grand finale of their mastermind experience. We came together in downtown Charleston to stay at the CUTEST home together! The purpose of this retreat is to relax, refresh and have FUN together as a group – as well as learn additional content and have one-on-one coaching time with me to make a plan for their business moving forward. We had SO MUCH FUN – and it was so special to see the relationships formed between the group since January come to fruition in real life!

We kicked things off on Tuesday night with a welcome cocktail hour, cheese board and my FAVORITE pizza. We all caught up, sipped wine and chatted about our intentions for the retreat. There were already so many memories made and laughs shared on night one…I knew we were in for an amazing few days! On Wednesday, we kicked off with Chick-Fil-A breakfast (of course!) and I spent 2 hours teaching content about quarterly planning and content creation. Then, we shared lunch before heading to Rainbow Row for head shots and group pics! Our grand finale was a delicious dinner at one of my local favorites, Le Farfalle, before our farewell on Thursday morning. It could NOT have been more fun!

They are my sweet friends in Charleston who came to photograph the behind-the-scenes of this event for me, and the images are SO special to me already! I can’t wait to look back at them for years to come and remember the incredible memories we made. This group of people is truly so special. They all have the most loving, servant’s hearts – and they’ve spent the last 6 months pouring into each other just as much as they’ve poured into their own businesses. It has been SUPER cool to watch, and I just adore every single one of them.

To Kate, Savannah, Matt, MK, Rob, Kristina, Brianne, Allison, Hillary and Emily – thank you for entrusting me with your mastermind investment. Thank you for giving me the honor and privilege of coming alongside you to see the deepest parts of the businesses you’ve worked so hard to build, and giving me the opportunity to speak into your dreams and your passions. I am so, so proud of you – and I don’t say that lightly. Working with you the last 6 months has been a highlight of my career, and I am so grateful!
