Maggie’s senior session in downtown Charleston was such a beautiful one!!! We photographed all throughout downtown and explored some of my favorite classic Charleston locations, along with a few smaller side streets that gave us the prettiest variety. We started near the famous pink mansion on the Battery, stopped at my favorite pastel yellow and green gate, and wandered through some of the charming corners that make Charleston feel so magical this time of year.

One of my favorite things about Maggie’s session was how much variety we were able to capture without the gallery feeling disconnected. Every location had a completely different look: the iconic pink mansion, soft pastel colors, beautiful gates, cobblestone streets and quiet downtown corners…but everything still felt cohesive because Maggie’s style tied it all together so perfectly. She had the cutest outfit variety, and every look felt fun, polished and true to her!

We also spent time at Hampton Park, and the flowers were SHOWING OFF for her!!! We found the most beautiful hydrangeas and roses in bloom, which felt extra special because they are only this gorgeous for such a short window of time. I always get so excited when a senior session lines up perfectly with Charleston’s seasonal blooms, and this was definitely one of those shoots where the timing could not have been better. Between the florals, the soft light and Maggie’s amazing outfits, the Hampton Park portion of her session was such a favorite.

And of course, we had to include The Pink Figgy!!! Maggie paired the car with faux flowers, and it was the cutest detail. I love when seniors bring along small styling elements that add personality and make a setup feel even more intentional. The faux flowers with the pink car created such a fun, feminine look and gave us another set of images that felt completely different from the rest of the gallery.

I loved getting to explore downtown with you, photograph all of your adorable outfits and capture so many beautiful seasonal blooms before they disappeared.
